I’m Cathy Carr, mum of 2, business owner & I’m passionate about Holistic Health &  Wellness. I’ve had the pleasure of coaching women in 4 continents throughout my 27 year  career. In my studies with friend and mentor, Paul Chek, I was fortunate and am grateful to have  learnt about Mandala art and how it can be used as a form of therapy. From my own experience and creating my own mandalas, I discovered how amazing the  impact of creativity can have on a person & how effective Mandala art can be when used  as a tool to aid in healing. For me, when I create mandalas I feel a soothing, joyful & meditative experience. Its a good  lesson in practicing “non-attachment” too!
Cathy Carr's art has inspired me, and touched my soul from the moment she put color to paper.

Through the luminous nature of her soul, she offers each of us a chance to see into the beauty and harmony of our own soul; Cathy's mandalas inspire us to love and live fully!
