Cathy Carr is a Holistic Nutrition, Movement & Lifestyle Coach as well as a yoga practitioner who has over 30 years experience working in the Health, Fitness & Wellness industry over 4 continents.
She helps women who are transitioning into & navigating menopause. Cathy’s M.O.J.O method supports women in Midlife who seek to be empowered by Overcoming obstacles for Joyful healing, so they can Optimise their future. Coaching women to re-gain confidence in themselves and have physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
