Join us as we retreat to the serene Sunshine Coast Hinterland for an unforgettable three-day journey from March 27-30, 2025. We are thrilled to welcome Sheridan Joy Austin, a holistic nutritionist, certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) practitioner, and an expert recipe creator and writer. Sheridan will offer invaluable insights into hormone health and how our choices affect our wellbeing as women. Her wisdom will leave you empowered to take charge of your health.

Mornings will start with a drink and movement session that will create energy in your mind & body. The evenings will conclude with a meditation to calm your body and mind.
All food will be seasonally sourced. Both animal, fruit and vegetables, any nuts, seeds and grains will be from the best quality we can find. This will be organic, biodynamic, regeneratively farmed, grass-fed & grass finished and wild.
Informative discussion on the essential six foundations & how much impact they can have for improved wellbeing. Fireside chats included.
Guest speaker: Sheridan Joy Austin will share her clinical experience and recommendations on having balanced, happy, healthy hormones with a Q n A.
Invigorating Movement sessions including a nature walk, heading to the waterfall and natural rock pool, with snack to refuel before heading back to the retreat venue.
Accommodation is in a lovely newly renovated home, 300m away from the beautiful Klondalilla Falls, Qld. Rooms are twin share. Bring your bestie, bring your mum, sister, daughter or come solo and have the opportunity to hang out with a new roomie. This can be such a fun experience no matter what age!
Flights and transfers are not included. You will need to make your own travel arrangements to and from the retreat venue. There is limited parking available should you wish to drive.
Of course there will be ample free time to do your own thing.

* enjoy the plunge pool (which is temperature controlled)
* sweat it out in the sauna
* relax by the fireplace chill zone & read a book
* take time to reflect
* catch a few rays of vitamin D on the deck or
* take a short drive down the road where you can enjoy a stroll through the quaint village

Our time together on retreat concludes Sunday.

* I encourage guests to stay till the end of the closing circle as a nice way to wrap the week up in a big beautiful bow. * Checkout at 12pm.
