● Flexibility, mobility, balance & co-ordination, core & overall strength plus a change in body composition is what you will be focusing on. Where its ok to go at your own pace. To move in stages, at your own capability, ability or how you’re feeling on that very day.

It’s not about the Kegel – held 2-3 x per year – is a program for women who may be feeling alone, embarrassed and isolated due to their weakness of the pelvic floor and who are seeking ways to train the pelvic floor, creating a heightened awareness, tone & strength (without doing a kegel) so they can live life and move with confidence.
