The Pelvic Floor – Its not about the Kegel Short Course is a program for women who may be feeling alone, embarrassed and isolated due to their weakness of the pelvic floor and who are seeking ways to train the pelvic floor, creating a heightened awareness, tone & strength (without doing a kegel) so they can live life and move with confidence.

Pelvic Floor weakness can be experienced by many women, yet its not often a topic of discussion. Women feel embarrassed, ashamed, and alone. No one wants to end up moving into assisted living due to incontinence., yet its the 2nd most common reason why women are admitted.


As a woman experiencing pelvic floor weakness, you know how important it is to get on top of it, yet just doing kegels alone havent worked, nor have you been consistent in doing them. The pelvic floor short course – its not about the kegel is a foundation program that will teach you the awareness of your pelvic floor with integrated movements that do not isolate the pelvic floor like the kegel does.


I can guarantee I will never ask you to do a kegel on its own or to do 10 short lifts and long lifts to engage your pelvic floor., afterall nothing is separate!
