When you work with me, whether that be online or face to face, I will first ask you to complete a series of comprehensive paperwork so that I can have a better understanding of where you are at by looking at your physiological loads – or stress load and what choices you are making in your life to give you any of the presentations, pains, problems or symptoms you may be experiencing.
In this holistic coaching package we will cover
● Nourishment – what, when, where, how, why are you eating and drinking?
● Movement – what type, time, frequency (if at all), intensity are you taking part in?
● Ways to manage stress – all 6 of the stressors
● What it is you truly want, what is preventing you from being happy and how to get to where you want to be
