unique biochemistry.

My holistic approach to nutrition combines traditional ways by embracing nutrient-dense, whole foods and avoiding processed and artificial ingredients.
Primal/ancestral eating promotes optimal health and well-being, while reducing the risk of chronic disease.

My approach takes into account not only what to eat, but also how to eat, incorporating mindful eating habits and traditional food preparation techniques to create a nourishing, satisfying approach to food.

My aim is to coach you to develop a deep understanding of which foods & how they affect your mind, body, and spirit, so you can create a sustainable, fulfilling approach to eating that supports your overall health and happiness. This is intuitive eating.
