Movement Coaching
As a movement coach for women in midlife, I focus on helping you find the perfect way to move for your body at this stage in life. I don’t believe that in midlife – over 40 and definitely over 50, you should be training like you did when you were 20. Our bodies change so too should the way we move. My holistic approach to health and wellness takes into consideration all aspects of your being, so you can feel confident, strong, and empowered.

Through my movement coaching, you’ll learn how to move in a way that promotes proper alignment, reducing the risk of injury and discomfort, increasing your stability with movements that you may never have been exposed to before.

5. More energy: Feeling sluggish and tired is a common complaint for women in midlife. Through movement, you’ll boost your energy levels and feel more invigorated, both mentally and physically. It’s the type of movement you do that will improve your energy so through my coaching, I will teach you ways to work- in so you can cultivate energy rather than deplete it.

● Discover the correct ways to move that will cater exactly to where you are currently at with not only your fitness or strength levels, but your overall stress & physiological levels. When do you work out and when do you work in?
● A perfect program to create balance in your entire body, mind and spirit.
● No burpees, planks, running, jumping or standing on your hands 🙂
● Back to basic functional movement that will give you the foundations and tools to give you the confidence in your body as you feel strong from the inside out.
● Flexibility, mobility, balance & co-ordination, core & overall strength plus a change in body composition is what you will be focusing on.
Where its ok to go at your own pace. To move in stages, at your own capability, ability or how you’re feeling on that very day.

2. Pelvic Floor Short Course – It’s not about the Kegel – held 2-3 x per year – is a program for women who may be feeling alone, embarrassed and isolated due to their weakness of the pelvic floor and who are seeking ways to train the pelvic floor, creating a heightened awareness, tone & strength (without doing a kegel) so they can live life and move with confidence.
